Unlike many builders, their team completes key aspects of construction in-house, including framing, roofing, and interior millwork such as beams, doors, and closet shelving. This level of involvement ensures greater quality control, attention to detail, and consistency throughout the entire build. To complement their in-house expertise, they work with a trusted network of long-term subcontractors, many of whom are owner-operators who collaborate closely on a daily basis. This cohesive team structure allows for efficient scheduling, clear communication, and reliable results.

The partnership between Arctic Construction and Jim Hirsch & Sons Construction is led by Jordan and Nick, two builders with over 20 years of experience each.
Nick (Arctic Construction) began his career as an electrician before transitioning into construction where he found his true passion. Since 2004, he has built extensive experience in the field and now oversees day-to-day job site operations, managing crews and ensuring every detail meets their high standards. He takes pride in the progress of each build and the satisfaction of delivering a finished home to happy homeowners.
Jordan (Jim Hirsch & Sons Construction) has been in the trades his entire life, and took over his family’s business in 2005. He works closely with clients throughout the planning and building process, ensuring each project aligns with their vision, timeline, and budget. His passion lies in seeing each home come to life from the ground up.
